Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we plan to expand internationally in the future.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the link provided in your order confirmation email under "View My Order."

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet shipped — email admin@hellostoryshop.com with "Cancel Order" in the subject line. Due to fast processing times, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at admin@hellostoryshop.com and we will investigate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
