When will my order ship?

Our orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

You can always check the status of your order by clicking the button inside your “Order Confirmation” email. The button says “View My Order.”

Can I change my order?

Once you place your order we can not make changes.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at admin@hellostoryshop.com. We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of shipment, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a return.

We do not offer exchanges, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may still be able to cancel it.

Email us at admin@hellostoryshop.com with "Cancel Order" in the subject line as soon as possible. But please note that we ship orders quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed.

I haven't received my order

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment but hope to in the near future!
